Are you always struggling to lose fat and never know what foods to eat?

Fuel your gym session and fire your metabolism with the right food.  These 27 foods fight fat and should be on your shopping list.

1. Oats

Soluble fibre makes this the perfect slow-digesting, full-for-longer breakfast on gym days.

2. Mackerel

It’s very high in taurine, which research has shown helps inhibit fat growth.

3. Cinnamon

Research has shown that the spice lowers your blood-sugar levels.

4. Pork Fillet

It’s as lean as chicken but with more flavour, helping you stick to your goals.

5. Basmati Rice

It’s not all about brown.  Of all the rice varieties, basmati has the highest levels of amylose, fat-fighting starch

6. Green Apples

The soluble and insoluble fibre slows the movement of food through the gut, so you’re full for longer.

7. Skirt Beef

Quality protein slows digestion, preventing fast blood-sugar rises that can cause fat gain.

8. Lentils

These fibre-rich pulses are digested slowly, reducing your appetite.

9. Beef Jerky

It’s high in protein, plus research shows that chewing often helps you lose weight faster.

10. Mushrooms

Shiitake mushrooms in particular are full of B3 (niacin), an essential factor in the breakdown of fats for energy use.

11. Espresso

While its caffeine can raise your metabolism, recent research shows its most potent effect is to increase performance in training.

12. Tinned Tuna

One of the leanest fish in the ocean, opt for tuna in spring water, not brine.

13. Quinoa

A good source of fibre and complete protein, this grain-like seed is also high in manganese, which is vital for blood-sugar control.

14. Sweet Potatoes

It has a lower GI than the white option, to keep hunger at bay, and is packed with health-boosting carotenoids.

15. Rocket Leaves

Load up your plate to increase fullness for minimum calories.

16. Veal Steak

Veal is one of the best sources of leucine, to protect lean muscle when calorie-cutting.

17. White Vinegar

Research found that vinegar inhibits the breakdown of starch, to slow blood-sugar rises and lower fat storage.

18. Oysters

This fish market staple is rich in zinc, which helps to regulate the appetite hormone leptin.

19. Black Tea

Black tea leaves contain theaflavin, a potent fat-burning phytochemical that steadies your energy levels, ideal after a heavy meal.

20. Salmon Fillet

It’s full of Omega-3 fats, which increase the rate of bad fat-use in your body.

21. Peas

Research found that proteins in peas control CCK, a hormone that reduces your appetite.

22. Red Onions

Chromium, found in onions, is used by your body to remove sugar from the blood, so less is converted into lard.

23. Boiled Eggs

Not only are eggs high in protein and nutrients, but studies show they decrease calorie intake during the day when eaten for breakfast.

24. Parmesan

Research found that people on high-calcium diets excrete 2.5 times more fat, so less ends up on your love handles.

25. Rye Flatbread

Flatbreads are the best low-sugar bread choice.  Rye is loaded with more gut-shrinking fibre than wheat breads.

26. Chicken Liver

It has the highest concentration of B5 found in any food.  This vitamin is a catalyst for fat-usage in the body.

27. Greek Yogurt

Greek yogurt increases healthy bacteria in the gut – good for reducing your fat mass.

Dedicated to your success,

–Nigel

6 Signs Your Personal Trainer Is Wasting Your Money

Posted by Nigel Jeal | Posted in Articles, Fitness, Getting started, Information | Posted on 11-01-2013-05-2008

Getting A Personal Trainer?

Don’t Waste Your Hard Earned Money!

Yes, It’s True, Isn’t It?

Finally, you’re serious about losing weight and getting fit, so you decide that you’re going to hire a personal trainer to help motivate you and move you towards your goal.

When you hire the services of a personal trainer, you would expect that they will provide you with a high value for your hard earned money. You expect to get expert instruction on how to safely and effectively use proven training methods and tailor-made exercise routines that will fit your specific training goal.

That’s your dream anyway, right?

The reality is that many of the common raining trends that personal trainers use are based more on misinterpretations, myths and misconception. That can result in you paying out good money for poor results.

You’re about to discover 6 signs your personal trainer is unknowingly misguiding you, and how you can work with your trainer to get the results you really want.

1. Your Trainer Uses Their Favourite Exercises Instead Of Designing A Personalized Program To Help You

You will often find that your trainer will have their own philosophy type; they may follow Kettlebells, Pilates, Bodybuilding or any other type of workout routine. This can easily lead your trainer to give you a private lesson in their chosen philosophy type and speciality instead of designing a personalized program you help you towards your goal.

Ensure you find a trainer based on the RESULTS they’ve gotten for other people like you.

2. Your Trainer Doesn’t Motivate You To Reach Your Goals

After a while, your body will get stronger and you will need new workout routines to challenge your body and keep you motivated and moving closer towards your goal. If your trainer isn’t monitoring your progress, they will not be in the right position to give you new workout routines. Your trainer should be keeping track of the exercises you’re doing, the weight you lift, and the number of reps and sets you perform, you’re heading for real trouble.

You need to know that this is a process and it’s up to your trainer to keep everything organized and keep you continuously progressing.

3. Your Trainer Isn’t Strict Of Form

The main reason you hire your personal trainer is to help you train in an effective and safe way.

Does your trainer ever stop you exercising to correct your form?

The best way to test this is to by doing one of your exercises incorrectly to see if your trainer notices you and is actually willing to correct you.  If they do, cool…their doing a great job.  If they don’t you should make this your last training session together, they’re not doing their job properly and putting you in danger of causing yourself serious injury, especially if you’re using weights.

4. Your Trainer Gets Distracted

Have you been to the gym lately?

It can be a really distracting place for your trainer.  Good music blaring from the speakers, TVs on everywhere, beautiful girls walking around, and looking around for other potential clients. It’s difficult enough to be distracting to you and may make your workout less effective, but if your trainer is distracted it doesn’t just harm your workout routine, but it is also a waste of your money.

If you’re not getting the full attention from your trainer, you’re not getting a good return on your investment. Find a trainer who will give you the best service possible.

5. Your Trainer Offers You Sport Specific Exercises To Improve Your Sport

This is one your trainer can really get wrong.  If they have you using a resistance band on the end of a golf club or hockey stick and swinging it or having bands that are strapped around your back while you practice your boxing moves or even using a medicine ball instead of a basketball you will have to use extra force than you would normally for your chosen sport.

Why is doing this a mistake?

The movement skills required in your sport are EXACT, not similar, EXACT.

The Answer?

Strength and conditioning workouts will give you the physical fitness to do what you need to do when you practice for your sport.

In reality, any and all athletes can benefit from adding strength and increasing explosive power, which can help you to run faster, jump higher and also transfer more force to an implement, like a swinging bat or tennis racquet or golf club or simply throwing a punch. General strength training can also help athletes better protect their connective tissues, which could help decrease risk of injury.

6. Your Trainer Doesn’t Teach You Anything You Don’t Already Know

Again, one of the main reason you hire your personal trainer is to help you train in a way that is going to challenge you and teach something you don’t already know.

If your trainer isn’t teaching you any new training routines are you really going to continue paying them?

Surely you could do those workout routines and get the exact same results by doing them yourself?

If your trainer isn’t providing high value for your money, find yourself another trainer!

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO FIND A GOOD PERSONAL TRAINER

Do your research, then go and interview them – and don’t hold anything back here!

Arm yourself with a set of informed questions you can ask trainers before you even train with them:

a) Here’s my goal. What’s the best way to achieve it?

b) Why is that method better than other fitness training methods for helping me to achieve my goal?

c) Do you use the same basic training method for everyone you work with? Why or why not?

d) Have you ever worked with others like me (similar age, sex, body-type, medical history, etc.) who have similar goals? And if so, did you use this training approach with them?

e) If so, please show me some before and after pictures of these clients or at least provide some testimonials from them?

This should ensure that you get only the best trainers in your area!

WARNING: Don’t Blame Your New Trainer for Your Poor Habits

I have to make it clear that you cannot blame your trainer for you not losing body fat if you go home and eat like a lazy teenager. It’s also unfair to blame your trainer for not helping you make drastic muscle gains if you are only going to work with them once or twice a week and do absolutely nothing the rest of the time.

Training is not something a personal trainer does TO you, it’s something they do WITH you.

In other words, the trainer provides you with the best direction to take, based on your needs and goals. It’s up to YOU to keep moving in that direction throughout each day.

Dedicated to your success,

–Nigel

Why Lie To Yourself If You Have Difficulty Losing Weight

Posted by Nigel Jeal | Posted in Articles, Fitness | Posted on 14-11-2012-05-2008

Many people have had difficulty losing weight, nothing is more frustrating to get your motivation up, find the perfect diet and exercise program for you and then… nothing. Some people actually do have a metabolic issue that makes it virtually impossible to lose weight, but not many. For most of us the harsh reality is that we’re just not being as good as we think we are. The cool thing is that there are a few simple things you can do that will help keep you ‘honest’ in your weight loss journey.

For one thing, it’s amazingly easy to ‘lie’ to ourselves about what we’ve eaten in any given day. There have been times when I would have sworn I was good, until a friend (I use that term loosely!) will remind me of that pastry I had at lunch or all the cream and sugar I put in my coffee. Ooops. I didn’t mean to lie to myself, it just happened. Most of us are like that to one degree or another.

To keep yourself on track one very simple but effective thing you can do is to keep a food journal. For a week or two, write down every single thing that you eat or drink. You have to be honest and you have to include everything even that second glass of soda at lunch and the two pats of margarine you put on your toast… everything.

If you do that for few weeks, you’ll quickly be able to spot the times of the day and the areas in your diet where you might have a bit of trouble. Once you pinpoint the reasons you have difficulty losing weight you can make changes that will help you achieve your goals much more quickly.

The same principle can apply to when you work out. Again, it’s easy to think that you’re working harder than you really think. If you keep a workout journal it’s harder to convince yourself that you’ve done something you really haven’t done. Not only can you track the number of times you go to the gym but you can also track how long you spent on the treadmill (or doing cardio in general), how many exercises you did for your upper body, how many you did for your lower body, etc.

You can also keep track of how much weight you lifted for each exercise. Ideally, you should be increasing your weights over a period of time. It’s important to keep your body challenged and not let it get into a rut. By changing up the weights you lift as well as the exercises you do, you’ll keep your body ‘guessing’ which will help you get better results in less time.

Most of the major muscle groups (chest, upper back, lower back, abs, butt, quadriceps, hamstrings) will have more than one exercise you can do. By mixing up the exercises you do for each group you are keeping your toning efforts in high gear. Another benefit is that the different exercises will target each muscle group in a slightly different way which can also lessen a lot of the repetitive types of injuries to your body.

I don’t mean to be the bearer of bad news, but usually when someone has difficulty losing weight it’s really more about the way they’re doing things than about any metabolic issue with their body.

If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment and we’ll get back to you. Thanks for reading.

Weight Loss Dietary Supplement – Block Hunger

Posted by Nigel Jeal | Posted in Articles, Diet | Posted on 02-11-2012-05-2008

0

If you are tired of all the yo-yo dieting and want to lose weight fast, then you need a good weight loss dietary supplement. The one I have chosen to use is the Acai Berry. This supplement is so powerful that you can lose up to 25 pounds in 4 weeks. You do not have to worry about malnutrition when using this supplement because it comes from nature and has plenty of vitamins and minerals to keep your body happy while you lose the weight.

The Acai berry comes from the Acai palm tree and is handpicked by Amazonians in the Brazilian rain forest. The Acai berry has been a staple of the Amazonian diet for hundreds of years and has only recently gained positive attention as a powerful weight loss dietary supplement. You probably have seen reports on TV about the Acai berry and the incredible health improving qualities it contains like antioxidants which help prevent certain types of cancer.

Acai berries have an awesome combination of antioxidants, fiber, and are a wonderful source of the “good” monounsaturated fats like Omega-3. Along with being a powerful weight loss supplement, Acai berries decrease the aging process by aiding in cell recovery and keeping the skin looking young and vibrant. No one will be able to guess your age after a few months of using Acai.

Weight loss happens because the Acai berry has properties that increase your metabolism, which leads to faster fat loss and combats fatigue. When you order the Acai berry supplement you have the power to realize your weight loss goals quickly and effortlessly. Include an exercise routine and maybe some strength training along the way and you will no doubt have the body you have always wanted.

For Acai to be effective the dosage must be at least 1,000 mg/day. Some people take double that and have had great success at losing the weight they need to lose. With the other health benefits they feel better than they have in years, their skin looks younger and they have more energy than they did when they were in their twenties.

When ordering your Acai berry supplement beware of scams and make sure you get what you pay for. I ordered mine from a reputable source that offered a 60 day free trial for only the price of shipping. I have yet to receive it and really can’t wait.

If you can find a free trial offer then go for it. Capsules of freeze dried berries, including the skin and pulp, are the best. Extracts may be less effective and blended with fillers and other things to keep costs down but just keep in mind if you see the word extract you may not be getting the most effective weight loss dietary supplement.

If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment and we’ll get back to you. Thanks for reading.

Don’t Be So Quick With Fast Weight Loss Diets

Posted by Nigel Jeal | Posted in Articles, Diet | Posted on 24-10-2012-05-2008

0

Fast weight loss diets are everywhere. The first thing you need to ask yourself is, are they safe? Some diet plans can do a lot more harm than good. Fad diets such as the grapefruit diet for example, may work only up to a point. When you have lost the weight and the diet is done, you go back to the same way of eating and what happens? The weight comes back and if you are not careful you may just try to make up for lost time and add on a few more pounds.

If you only have a few pounds to lose then by all means try one of the many fast weight loss diets available so you can get into that dress for the wedding. But, if you have a lot of weight to lose you will need to make some lifestyle changes to get to your ideal weight.

Take a minute to write down your weight loss goals. Keeping track of what you eat in a journal will let you see what you are putting in your body so if it needs to be changed you can change it. Writing in a journal every day is very effective in helping you lose weight.

Learn about food. When you figure out how many calories are in what you eat you will be able to put meals together that are nutritionally balanced and satisfying. Knowing what the right numbers are helps a lot too.

You can figure out how many calories you need in a day by calculating your basal metabolic rate, or BMR, or you can simply make up a meal plan that has enough food to equal 1500 calories or so.

Learning to eat differently may take some practice and careful planning. When I tell you that you need to eat small meals throughout your day you are going to say you do not have the time to do that because you are at work. Well then, I will say that yes you can with some precise planning.

You are going to start taking your lunch and snacks to work with you. Stop wasting money and gaining weight by eating out when you are at work. Save your wallet and your waistline by buying an insulated lunch box and healthy food to put in it.

Now you need to figure out what to put in it. Well, how about a 6 ounce container of yogurt and some carrot sticks. With an 8 ounce glass of water that is a great snack for the middle of the morning. For your lunch, why not have a sandwich made of lean turkey breast with some light mayo and lettuce and a cup of grapes or some baked chips. Don’t forget the pickle on the side! There are a lot of things you can do to make sure you eat small meals throughout your day.

There are countless combinations of foods for snacks and meals. Get creative, try some new things, you might find you have a broader range of foods you like therefore giving yourself even more options. Do not forget to pack enough food for two snacks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Do your best to drink enough water during the day, too. The more the better. Stay away from pop and caffeinated beverages like coffee. Caffeine has a drying effect on the body and can contribute to dehydration. Drink lots of water. A good way to figure out how much you should drink is divide what you weigh by half and drink that amount in ounces of water every day. Or you can start by striving to drink 8 – 8 ounce glasses of water each day. It is just easier that way.

If you do start one of the fast weight loss diets and there are a lot of restrictions to the diet you may need to take a supplement to get the vitamins and minerals you need.

If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment and we’ll get back to you. Thanks for reading.

Cardio Workouts For Weight Loss – Simple And Enjoyable

Posted by Nigel Jeal | Posted in Articles, Fitness | Posted on 17-10-2012-05-2008

0

If you are interested in losing some of the extra pounds you have been carrying around then cardio workouts for weight loss are just what you need to help you achieve your goals. Let us be honest for a moment, shall we? Most people don’t like to engage in exercise. However, the combination of regular exercise and healthy eating is the best way to lose weight. You should be aware that your cardio workouts need to be done on a consistent basis. Therefore, if you are able to find exercises you enjoy, you will have an easier time sticking with your weight loss plan.

That raises the question of what the best way is of making a workable weight loss and cardio workout plan that fits in with your lifestyle. Here are some things to consider as you develop your plan:

1. Time. I understand that you are very busy, but everybody is busy. Perhaps you feel that you don’t even have a spare minute to spend on exercising. If so, then I have a question. How much time do you spend watching television or mindlessly surfing the internet? Would you be willing to give up 15 to 30 minutes a day, most days of the week, if it meant you would lose weight and feel better than ever before?

2. Ability. You are reading this, so I will assume you want to know about weight loss. In turn, it’s probably a safe assumption that you are not in peak physical condition. When you first start doing cardio workouts, select exercises that are within your level of ability. It’s okay to push yourself to some extent, but you don’t want to injure yourself either. Be sure to check with your personal doctor before starting a new eating plan or exercise regimen. They will most likely be thrilled that you want to be healthier, but they can also alert you to any underlying medical problems you have, and how best to deal with them.

3. Enjoyment. Generally speaking, exercise doesn’t sound all that enjoyable to most people. They only think of it as work, but it doesn’t have to be if you select activities that you enjoy. It stands to reason that the more you look forward to your exercise, the more likely you will be to stick with it. Here is a short list of some of the best exercises for cardio workouts for weight loss.

Handball
Running
Swimming
Cross-country skiing
Walking
Rock climbing
Aerobics
Boxing
Elliptical trainers
Bicycling

You should now have a good idea of what type of exercises you will be doing and when you will do them, but that’s only part of the picture. You also need to have an end goal in mind. If you don’t, you won’t know when you get there, and it will be easier to get discouraged when you don’t see results right away.

Doing cardio workouts for weight loss is one of the best ways to take of extra pounds. Now that you have a better idea of how best to do it, it’s up to you to follow through. You’ll be glad you did.

If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment and we’ll get back to you. Thanks for reading.

The Best Natural Way To Lose Belly Fat

Posted by Nigel Jeal | Posted in Articles, Fitness | Posted on 12-10-2012-05-2008

0

Most people in the world have belly fat, and many try to figure out a way of getting rid of that belly fat.  They try fad diets, and some kind of juice that will keep you in the bathroom all day. However, the best natural way to lose belly fat is…. Drum Roll Please……….

Its EXERCISE !! I can hear most people right now either groaning or let out a sigh, the reason is because most people don’t want to put in the work. Hey I’m not throwing off on anybody, because I use to be one of those that would rather sit in front of a T.V. then get up and do some type of exercising.

However, there isn’t but one way of doing it, and that is getting up and doing it.  You have to get your mind right people, you need to get in that state of mind that nobody is going to stand in your way, and you welcome all challenges.

Once you have your mind right and you know you are going to be dedicated, then the next thing you need to do is find a team.  What I mean by that is find some people that are willing to go that extra mile or give you a kick start when you just don’t feel like going.

No one has ever accomplished their goals by themselves, I don’t care what anyone tells you, somebody helped them along the way in some shape or form.  It’s like that in all walks of life and this is no different than any other situation.

OK, now that you have your team in place, it’s time to pick out the type of exercise program that is going to work for you.  It’s very important that you pick the right program for you because you want it to keep you going not burn you out.

Now let’s look at a few exercises that could help you lose that belly fat.  Swimming, this is often overlooked because most people think of it as just a casual thing to do.  You would be surprised at how fast you could get that belly in shape by swimming.  You use every muscle in your body which makes you work harder and it burns that fat.

Jogging, start out light, let’s say 10-15 minutes a day  then just keep moving your time on up.  Here is one that everyone knows, and it is the most used way to get rid of belly fat….. Crunches.

That’s right, get you a mat and get started with those crunches.  The good thing about crunches is that there are different techniques one could use to work on every angle of your abdominal area.

If you were to implement just two of those exercises into your daily routine then you will shed that belly fat quicker than you can blink.

If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment and we’ll get back to you. Thanks for reading.

Okay, don’t shout at me, I know it’s not Christmas yet, but the other day I saw a funny t-shirt.

It said, “The four stages of Santa.

Stage 1: You believe in Santa.
Stage 2: You don’t believe in Santa.
Stage 3: You are Santa.
Stage 4: You look like Santa.”

Although not a direct parallel, it reminded me of the stages of weight loss…

Stage 1: You are excited about losing weight and believe you can achieve your goals.
Stage 2: You no longer believe you can achieve your weight loss goals.

Stage 4: You’ve pushed through and reached your goals.

How To Lose Weight on the Thighs

Posted by Nigel Jeal | Posted in Articles, Diet, Fitness | Posted on 07-10-2012-05-2008

0

If you’ve got excess fat on your thighs then you probably also have excess fat throughout the rest of your body. Despite what you may have heard on various infomercials and programs there really is no such thing as “spot reducing” only one area of the body. The only way to learn how to lose weight on the thighs is to lose it all over and that takes motivation and determination. Motivation to exercise at least 30 minutes three times a week, watch what you eat and incorporate some weight training into your workouts and the determination to stick to it.

Here is something you may not know, you don’t have to kill yourself on the treadmill, the elliptical trainer, stair climber or stationary bike any more. Out with the old and in with the new. New studies have proven better and faster weight loss can be achieved by working each muscle group to fatigue during your workout by doing only one set at your maximum weight setting.  What this means is you can greatly reduce the amount of cardio training you do on the treadmill, stairclimber, elliptical trainer or stationary bike or eliminate it all together especially if you really hate it, and be honest, who doesn’t hate cardio?

Next and probably most important is your diet. Eliminate all “white” foods such as white flour, white bread, white rice and, white sugar. All of these contain carbs that convert into simple sugars in your body and get stored immediately as fat. Instead stick with a diet rich in complex carbs found in whole grains and brown rice, lean protein like boneless, skinless chicken breasts or fish, eat several servings a day of fresh fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and stay hydrated.

The general rule of thumb for taking in enough water every day is to drink half of your body weight in ounces of water each day. So, if you weigh 200 lbs you need to drink 100 ounces of water each day. Now that may seem like a lot but when you figure the average person is awake for 16 hours a day that means you would only need to drink about 6 ounces every hour. Stay away from carbonated beverages especially the diet variety. The stuff they use to make diet pop is poison and will actually trick your body into staying fat.

Hoodia Side Effects – No One Knows For Sure

Hoodia gordonii is a plant that is grown in South Africa.  This plant has a centuries old reputation for suppressing hunger and thirst and was used by bushmen as a way to keep them from getting hungry and thirsty before they set off on long dessert trek. The bushman not only didn’t show any ill effects from ingesting the plant they also spoke of increased vitality and energy.  Drug companies have spent decades trying to isolate the compound that gives hoodia gordonii it’s seemingly miraculous powers.

P57 is the compound in hoodia that is credited with helping to suppress appetite and thirst by tricking the brain into thinking it is full and satisfied thus decreasing the desire to eat and drink.  While scientists have been unable to incorporate the compound into a diet supplement, they have used the hoodia plant as a whole to create beneficial appetite suppressants.  The hoodia side effects have been shown to not exist at all.

There haven’t really been too many documented studies to verify how safe the supplement is to use as a diet aid, but evidence suggests that it has no ill effects and that actually the health benefits of weight loss would seem to outweigh any potential negative side effects of the hoodia gordonii.

One note, since hoodia gordonii can suppress thirst as well as appetite you do need to be careful to drink enough water throughout your day.  It’s very easy to get dehydrated if you wait until you feel thirst before drinking, since you won’t feel thirsty while taking the supplement.  And, obviously, since hoodia suppresses the appetite it’s important that you are careful to eat enough high nutrient foods to keep your body healthy.

As with most drugs, it’s important to use caution if you are nursing or pregnant and you should always consult your doctor before you start taking a supplement, especially if you are taking other medications, to avoid dangerous interactions.  Many people mistakenly believe that as long as the product is all natural they don’t have to worry about taking it, that is not always the case and it’s better to be safe than sorry, talk to your doctor.

Another thing to keep in mind when using, or considering using, any weight loss supplements is to not expect miracles.  There is nothing wrong with getting some extra help but you have to be willing to eat properly (enough of the right kinds of food) and get plenty of exercise.  A supplement is exactly that: a supplement.  It shouldn’t be the do all end all of your weight loss plan, be willing to make the needed lifestyle changes so your weight loss can be permanent.

Hoodia gordonii is an all natural plant that can help you accomplish your weight loss goals (when combined with a proper nutrition plan and plenty of exercise) which has gained in popularity in recent years in large part due to the lack of hoodia side effects.  As long as you talk to your doctor first and carefully following the dosing instructions, there is no evidence to suggest that you will have any negative side effects using this supplement.  Good luck on your weight loss goals.
